Changes: There are reportedly going to be sea level rises and strong storm surges across the coming decades. Companies and ports will begin to make changes now, as they create their plans for the future.
Plans: Boston is starting to put its own plans into place to deal with changes, and Houston claim they have a little more thinking time as their docks are high enough to cope for now.
